I much prefer to listen to amps as they run in, it is a fascinating and helpful process and helps you to understand your system. They will be up by now with only little improvement to come. Ok, have moved the left maggie in..as there was an imbalance..hard to explain..the left hand side of the listening area opens to lower porch area...now equal background, and moved them back a tad..Bob Marley Rat Race has a lot more bass.....Getting there..... Check the pic..maggie on left now moved ...

Really, just best to leave the amps run in...on their own...dont have to turn volume up that much as well..so is the amp going to work at full potential ????...notice they dont get even warm..?????

SO now the signal is mono..I give up.....will just remove the sub all together......

I got a y connector, and phono lead, again there was a hum changed the 180 phase convert switch, hum stopped......

I have been running the system since yesterday..I really want the amps to run in for at least 20 hours. The can make a decision re maggies..though Maggies will not go below 40 HZ

The instructions state using a y connector at pre amp end..there fore the left and right via y to the phono in at sub end

I will go to Torbay electronics this afternoon, and see if they have a suitable cable low level line input, 2 phono from pre amp out to one phone in to sub......

The connection to the sub is no 6, the nutrick one
