As a diy fan (meddler) I often try to make IC, usb or speaker cables for a non Nva system I occasionally use. One speaker hum is unusual
I have had one speaker with a louder hum than the other related to poor plug in socket contacts- if I have a hum I always go to the power block then my turntable.
If it’s the speaker hope u have a warranty otherwise someone local to u (me) can open it if u are not confident
