If you wear a white coat and have letters after your name you have to do something to justify your salary and the cost of the test gear. Ears are free, nature and genetics gave them to you. Yes !! ... they use really fine drivers - and they learned to "have to use" a crossover ...

I bought a nice looking pair of Eltax Nexus 2e speakers for just €10 ! Normaly they are sold here in electroinic markets for about €100. They look very proper, are very small - bit higher than 20cm , and they have a serious looking bass/mid driver.... First listening impression was a pure dissapoint...

Listening often to one of my tuners I wonder why no one here in the forum tells about his/hers experience with the medium radio .... In my system radio mostly sounds much better than eg. CD ..... specialy dynamics, soundsstage , much more believable ! ...even if I use a Eclipse 101 CD player !? I us...

Kraftwerk - The Mix - CD !!.... . . . with Eclipse player AND TSS mk2 ..... I have many Kraftwerk LPs and like their music .. :D :D :D ..... ... but this CD is less than half the fun ..... sound is .....

OMTEC CA25, CA60 + CP1 ... really very nice sounding ..... but the power amps are classe A ...and not as powerful as eg the TSS .... the CP1 phono stage is among the very best !

.... well, I know how to raise the gain - or lower it ... works perfect . :mrgreen: :mrgreen: .. I just adjusted the tonarmesVTA a bit and corrected the cartridges azimuth for a 10th dedree,or less ---- who needs CD ??? music never sounded that good !! I never expected that with this cartridge....
