Good news!
And what would be the price for the A20x, Richard? And will it be available via Ebay or the forum?

Re: Another DIY SS Amplifier with NVA Boards
Review The word that keeps coming up, with everything I'm playing, is "Authority" This amp is effortless on my omnis. It takes whatever I throw at it and just plays without fuss or favour. The presentation is very detailed, but never hard nor nasty, no matter how complex the mix gets, whi...

Re: Pink Triangle PT1, Alphason HRS100S + Linn Asaka
That is unfortunate, especially for Les W. I hope he will be better soon! Hope you can then in the near future pickup your PT1 from him.
This time I took two Linn LP12 replacement belts from another German source (revox_de) on ebay for €25 incl. shipping. Hope the belts are good quality.

Re: KISS
Stu, great that you are about to start this passive preamp project! 8-) The Doc is clearly the expert on passive preamps, so the following are just my humble thoughts / two cents as someone who loves to DIY a bit: It's funny, I finished a little DIY passive pre last weekend with two switchable input...

Re: Pink Triangle PT1, Alphason HRS100S + Linn Asaka
Been reading lots of pink related stuff on the forums over the festive period. It would seem the Alphason HR100S is a match made in heaven with the PT1. Les made an excellent choice there  The linn Asaka is still a bit of a mystery though  The main problem with a PT1 except the fragil...

Re: JJ 2A3-40 DHT Single ended triode, power amplifier
Ok, I understand! Thank you for your reply, Steve! The JJ 2A3 is a great sounding tube and really priced fair for sure. The EML are unforunately more expensive but really made well. A lot of people only regard the original NOS RCAs, Sylvanias, etc. as the real thing but I have to say after trying so...

I just looked at Google for the Senior, and found this http://www.lencoheaven.net/forum/index.php?topic=17144.0 Interesting the last post about the split plinth version, I had completely forgotten about that one. I think this is Dimples as Margoshka (large hilarious Polish women who worked for me) ...

Re: Pink Triangle PT1, Alphason HRS100S + Linn Asaka
It is probably the instability of the Linn suspension (upside down pendulum). The jumping around on start up would be enough to get the two belts to fight each other. I would suggest an obvious solution that comes into my mind, but I haven't tried it. A thin run of rubber based glue like Bison or U...
