The AG1500 is much smaller and lighter as you don't need the battery pack (which is housed in a separate chassis) for normal hifi system usage. This factoid also reduces the price quite handily. If someone was reasonably local to me (Glos) I'd be happy to bring my AG1500 round for a listening sessio...

Alfa Rommies - well, I'm not in the same league as some of you guys, but in me yoof I had an Alfasud Ti. A small 1196cc engine, but by gum it was ultra responsive and huge amounts of fun to drive. :dance:
