Anaglypta wallpaper savvypaul. :o

I agree for most people room treatments are not needed, but some folk like minimalistic rooms or for one reason or another cannot get the sound they want. Times have moved on from bits of foam stuffed in corners, I have seen quite a number of photos of peoples rooms with room treatments and they at more like pieces of art. As for someone not liking Cubes (they must have been set up wrong) I was there when he tried them, and even went with him to collect. I thoroughly enjoyed them, he thought they were good but missed some top end bite on rock music.

Thick, soft and textured. Paint with a matt or chalk finish. Perfect!

I know where every pair of Cubes are, what and where were these borrowed from.

If they are pictures then it is even more nonsense, what are they trying to do. If they are pictures then put up a picture, nothing of no substance will produce anything of any substance, it is all :hbs:

Hang a rug on the wall between the speakers...or half-inch thick insulation board (£10 a sheet for 2.4 x 1.2m) covered in fabric.

How much do these room treatments cost ? And do you need a "professional" to come and measure your room at £50hr ?

I wont be buying any room treatments ......ever.

You can buy a £10 insulation board and move it around the room if that's the bag you're into...

Had a look at the gik acoustics website, their panels cost more than a nice looking rug which will do the same job.

Back to the December meet up..... Id second the 'Lets get on with listening to DACs day' and bar any emergency I'll be there whatever.

On a personal note I would like to here if there is a difference between 'said' DAC fed from a Mac Mini (insert name of other computer) and one of these 'Melco' thingy that David is selling??
