Quad ESL-63

I currently run ESL-2805s and wouldn't part with them for anything. Up there with the best speakers I ever heard at any price. I understand and respect the love and loyalty that folks have for the 57s but for me they just don't have any kind of satisfying bass. Perfect mids in isolation and without the fullness of bass just isn't enough for me, especially at this stage of my hifi career...

I know the 2805s are lots more money but I sometimes see perfect condition used pairs going for around the £2k mark which frankly I think is a bargain for final destination speakers.
