Jimmy Hughes used (or still does, I don't know) H2's for years. That price is frankly ridiculous, but so are many eBay prices for audio gear these days :(

You need a huge room I think. Get too close and the Doc's summary is well founded. We sat 4 or 5 metres away and above from Jimmy's pair (before he toed them to the wall) and they could be really good in his strange room.

I hate that Focal inverted dome tweeter, it never made sense to me.
