Interesting to see a company advertised itself (assets) on ebay. It is dodgy in as much as if the company has creditors or debts then this is illegal under the US company law. If I saw this and they owed me money I would immediately apply for a winding up order to protect my debt.

I could do it as NVA is weird, it has no debt, it owes nothing to no one, everything is paid for up front with over £50k of stock. My only creditors are my customer who pay for the gear up front and wait for delivery, but ebay and paypal protect them.
