This evenings meal featuring:

Served with whole carrots basted in maple syrup, stir-fried spinach with roast potatoes.

This just goes to prove that even on a hifi forum, sausages are infinitely more interesting than a pair of ridiculously expensive Sennheiser headphones. :shock:

Sausages are much more affordable and taste's better than those Senn's. :lol:

I luvs good sausages, must be my Kosher German heritage on my mothers side. Nadia gets me sausages from Moscow sent by a friend of hers, they have some amazing ones made from old Donkeys :mrgreen: they are like a really good Italian Salami. Near where we used to live there was a Polish / Ukraine shop and a Hungarian shop, all good sausages but the Hungarian one was very pricey, but they had horse sausage. I hear the South Africans do a hippo sausage :grin:
