Lazmo - that news was hot off the press yesterday, so there is a good chance that the MagPi magazine hasn't been delivered around the UK yet (wonder if it's distributed in Holland ? I'll have to look).

Should be some fun to play with if you can get hold of it

I makes me wish I had the knowledge, as it would be nice to build one into the disc player I hopefully will be doing, but there is just so much faff involved.

Most of the blu-ray players I have been looking at recently have the Pi-style network capability built in.

Doc - if you go down that road then you will have a disc-playing TFS.

That is the point of this in the future. I want to get a player as the base, then pass it on to the like of you and Terry and Lazmo to see what can be done. I am deliberately using an overlarge case for the job so room for more bits.

Hello Pi Heads .....The Pi Zero back is in stock at the Pi hut and Pimoroni orders are limited to 1 per person at each vendor !

If you are looking to use audio on this little monster then i would recommend you read/research it a little as it involves some soldering!

So reading the link I think Terry posted, is the RPI DAC still the best choice in terms of hardware? If so, is it possible to buy fully assembled?
