Rega R200.

Unread post by southall-1998 »

This is the 'S' shaped tonearm, the ancestor of the RB250/300.

I always found the R200 to be much better, in build and sound quality. I can never live with the new Rega arms, just can't tolerate them!

If the R200 was still being made today, how much would it cost now? It has to be more than the RB250/300!

Great arm. Loved my Auidio Origamid one on the Xerxes. I understand the common problem of a broken antiskate mechanism can now be easily fixed too making them a bit of a bargain imo.
