Agree with Jerry and Ali, sell them and buy a decent vintage FM tuner. Will sound far better.

Well if we can get CD sounding half decent and computer audio is making great strides musically, why the hell can't they get DAB right. Or is this the radio stations and their infatuation with compression.

Yup, it's all about constraints on bit-rate.
DAB can sound very good, if given sufficient bandwidth.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I do have FM tuners, but unfortunately some of the stations I like to listen to only broadcast via DAB, so I guess I'm stuck with the sound for the foreseeable future.

I thought the FM switch off was no longer happening due to the poor uptake of DAB?
