Re: new turntable on its way!
You will give yourself nightmares and the cost is astronomic, I looked into it a while back. It is harder to cut than steel, normal circular saw blades are killed in a couple of passes, so wood workers don't want to know about it as it destroys their tools. Metal workers wont help because they say it is wood. Sizes also seem to be small, max I saw was 20cm by 12 cm.

Re: new turntable on its way!
lol talk about scare someone off!
i used a £30 cheap shit ebay router to make my board,i used a normal wood saw to cut it roughly to size then a flush trimming router bit and template to get the final dimensions, yes tools need to be sharp ,contact this guy, http://www.ltlewis.co.uk/b15.htm
he's very helpful and may even cut to your sizes for you, consider beach multiplex too its more tool friendly and a big step up from normal ply

Re: new turntable on its way!
It was what I was told when I looked at speaker cabs with it. NOT ONE case maker wanted to know about using it.
