Maplin do some good Gold plated plugs at £3.49 a pair making £6.98 for two speakers as opposed to Naim wanting £40 for their plugs. Guess which I would buy?

Crikey - you just made me check the price online ~£14/15 each. I think I may have some somewhere (hope that I haven't binned them).

I've just bought some of these (4mm Z plugs) as I've been unhappy for some time about the looseness of the fit from my conventional banana plugs:

The fit is excellent. The sleeve is on the tight side as fitted so a pair of pointy pliers may be needed. I'm not going to make silly claims about sound quality.
