I've just bought some of these (4mm Z plugs) as I've been unhappy for some time about the looseness of the fit from my conventional banana plugs:
The fit is excellent. The sleeve is on the tight side as fitted so a pair of pointy pliers may be needed. I'm not going to make silly claims about sound quality.
