data is expensive , you need decide when and where you will need it.

if its only on holiday , you are better of with a 30 day all you can eat package

Doc need it for bake offs so one day every couple of weeks/months
and there is no network that offers 30 days all you can eat as data dongle

Three does that for mobiles but they block tethering after 3GB or 4GB is used
well not block but seriously limit the speed so streaming music might be impossible

EE does large like 100GB bundles and alow all of it to be tethered but you need 12-24 months contract with a phone for that... So no good for Doc
