Tried LPG and it's fine in a flat country like Holland. But as soon as you run into hills then you notice a distinct lack of horsepower.
Also LPG cars are heavily taxed over here due to the extra weight of the gas-tank.

Works fine in my Nissan Elgrand. Mind you it does have a 3.5 litre V6 and a throttle controller to give more welly if needed! Sounds like the Netherlands needs some new motoring tax rules!

I wonder if a world famous HiFi forum owner will be greener in his next car purchase. Tesla for Wrexham.

This company have made some stellar equipment. How could anyone fail to be musically satisfied with the 72 / Hicap / NAP140 combo? A lot of their products fall out of my financial means but if I ever win the lottery...

I recall a Hi-Fi show at the Last Drop village in Bolton as a much younger man. The Linn room was the hottest ticket in town. You had to register to book a seat at one of their demonstrations / lectures. They were all packed out. Anyway, they were comparing their amplifiers against Naim, bad mistake, because everyone preferred the Naim amps much to the disappointment of the Linn rep. It was the time the Naim CDS had come out because Naim had that on demo in their room. CD had finally arrived. I loved that era, there was magic in the air.

Hi Shane, I read on other forums you got yourself a Nait 2. Brilliant. You must be happy with that, a classic.

Yes, it's a good little amp. There are better amps out there.

That 140 you heard, was it a ''Olive'' one?

It was my friends amps. It would have been the Olive range. Hey, have you considered the Linn Index 2 loudspeakers? I heard those on a Nait 2 and thought they worked extremely well on their specialist stands.
