nope
impedance and sensitivity are 2 different things
yes higher impedance HP usually have lower sensitivity but not always
high impedance Hp needs a lot of current and not so much voltage
low impedance Hp needs more voltage and way less current

so typically portable stuff works better with low impedance because low current
and desk top amps usually can deliver loads of current (and voltage) so can work with high impedance HP

and low or high impedance have no correlation to quality at all

and if you go for NVA head amp you don't need to worry about it at all as thanks to its "topology"
it works with almost anything
