Re: Your last listen
A follow up on Supertramp - it has long been rumoured that the semi-official live album 'Is Everybody Listening' was recorded at the Hammersmith Odeon in 1975. Having compared it with the 'official' recording that came withe the new COTC release it sounds as if they are NOT the same gig. The setlist is nearly identical but the performance on IEL sounds as if it was further on in the tour, with arrangements and instrumentation slightly altered.
Nice to have both, though. ( and what's wrong with liking Supertramp?)

Cool indeed.kazam wrote:V2.0 GoGo Penguin..
I've finally succumbed to purchasing the vinyl version (at http://www.Kudosrecords.co.uk - it's an Aussie recording http://www.hopestreetrecordings.com/) of Emma Donovan and the Putbacks 'Dawn'.
(it was going to be a Chrissie present, but I got impatient )
I find this beautifully understated and well presented on vinyl.

and to keep me going through Christmas, I've got three volumes of Craig Charles Funk&Soul.
Here's a christian one:

Cheer's FB. I was Serious but you didn't bite.
Am currently listening to "Bonnie Prince Billy - There must be a Darkness" This blows me away very time, and sounds sublime on my new cans....
Check the track out on Youtoob - Would post the link but comp is playing silly sods just now....!!!!!
The Video is as strange as the album.......

^I've better get my teeth sharpened then... seriously, missed your confused smiley in end of the line. Kingston Wall was finnish progrock band from late'80 and early'90, I don’t know were they known outside of Finland.
