Gerry Goffin has sadly passed away at the age of 75.

Nursie's gone. Yes, sadly, Patsy Byrne who played Nursie in Blackadder has passed a way. She was 80 years old.

R.I.P. Felix Dennis, publisher of Oz magazine back in the late sixties/early seventies. Oz was, of course, a de rigueur read for U.K. hippies, yippies, and other assorted members of the counter-culture back in the day. It's funny though, how like so many of his ilk Felix quietly slipped on the robes of capitalism and found they fit very nicely in the end.

I only just found out yesterday that Lewis Collins died last year. I usually find out about a year or two after the event, so I had better read he thread more often :lol:

Tommy Ramone, last man standing from the band credited in some quarters with "inventing Punk," The Ramones, has died of cancer aged 62.

Yep - RIP "The Ramones" They were 100mph at all time's and one of the best gigs ive seen.
