Let's see some of your favorite hard rock...

I'll start with Scorpions first. Unlike their later arena metal. Michael Schenker on guitar is killer!

Not really into hard rock but I got a set of America CDs on Amazon. Really good value and the content isn't bad either. Think a mixture of The Byrds, Pentangle and Orleans. Not an audiophile set of recordings but really pleasant if you like twangy guitars - and I do.

Enjoy!!
Blusound Vault 2, P50SA, A80's, BMU, TIS, LS7, MA PL200, Meridian 506 (18 bit).

Hard Rock, the music I listened to in my teens. I thought Scorpions were great as were The Michael Schenker Group but I was a bit too young to see MS with UFO. In fact I was too young for most classic lineups. AC/DC with Bon Scott and Sabbath with Ozzy were both history by the time I was able to get to gigs, although I preferred the records of the earlier line ups.

I've got a couple of signed Uli Jon Roth LPs somewhere as well.
Main System. Amp - Luxman LV-120, CD - Pioneer PDX505 & Hitachi DA 401. Turntable - Trio KD-2055/Denon DL-110 & Ortofon VMS20E. Cassette Deck - JVC KD A55. Speakers - Arcam Alpha connected with NVA LS3.

Headphone System - Little Dot Mkiii headphone amp, various vintage CD players into NVA P50 with Sennheiser HD600 and Beyer DT 880

Cool post slinger. I have the Leafhound, Jerusalem, Three Man Army and Blues Creation. I also have some Montrose & Groundhogs albums. Need that Gun album though.

Any fans of Rory?
Picked this up recently and love it. Especially love "It's Happened Before, It'll Happen Again". Never knew Rory could play sax.
