Wow, you really know your stuff fretless.
I went to see two bands that had two kit drummers for certain songs and then one of them played percussion for the rest. These were Sheryl Crow
and Arcade Fire.
It gives the performance an extra kick

Two I can think of are Hawkwind for some of the time and The Mothers around the Roxy film time. Oh, and Joe Bonamassa around the Albert Hall time.
