UPS

Unread post by southall-1998 »

My father purchased an REL T1 Subwoofer. On arrival we unpacked the REL and discovered one foot had snapped. The box does not appear damaged. More likely some C**t threw or slammed the Subwoofer on to hard surface.

Anyway, my father is dealing with this with the seller and courier.

Does anybody on here trust UPS??

I have had bad times with all carriers, for me what is important is how much hassle they give you when something goes wrong. UPS through Interparcel have ALWAYS paid out on insurance claims, you just have to wait a month. Parcelforce have NEVER paid out on an insurance claim, they are a bunch of crooks.

We've had good quick deliveries from Yodel, and Hermes seem pretty good as well. I've not sent anything via these people though...

The only time I sent anything through Yodel the final delivery driver stole it.

Hi Guys,

UPS have just delivered my first bit of NVA gear a P50 Pre-amp. The UPS driver had it in his cab and the box was completely unmarked. Credit to UPS where it is due.

BTW as others have remarked the packing is fantastic and the pre-amp is beautifully finished. My thanks to all at NVA for delivering a made to order product within 12 days of ordering which I think is excellent.

Can't wait to try it out.

cheers

Chris
