Ok, due to much popular demand I've relaxed the password rules to make it easier for folks to be able to use their 'favourite' passwords.

If this increases the spam I'll find another way to combat it.

If you want to change your password just go into your User Control Panel (link near the very top, leftish)

I'm English and live in the home counties, but my fathers family and the wifes originate from Wales and we both have family there. My mother is Austrian and again I have family there, I also went to primary School in Austria but my favourite place of all time is Scotland and want to live on a very remote Island (just making good use of the new features)
