Re: ANY PET'S...?
tall wife, short staffy (powerful legs - the staffy that is ).
RSPCA wanted us to put up 8' fencing as she was a bit "stir crazy" and could jump and climb 6' fences at the home (again the dog!). Once settled in ~ 2 days, she showed little inclination to make a bid for freedom.

Jammy 395, Archie wears a full harness clipped onto the seat belt, he's probably better secured than me.

Re: ANY PET'S...?
Aye he will be a fair size terry.
His party piece is digging up all the bones (and any household goodies) Ozzy nicks and burys. Our yard is begining to look like a mine field.
Still not as daft as my cousins dog (Golden retriever) who point blank refuses to set paw on wood...!!!
Alan has to have rugs strategicly placed like stepping stones on all wooden floors throughout his house.... wtf.

Re: ANY PET'S...?
Lovely dogs Bernese, Jammy - I'll bet he'll be one seriously handsome boy when he matures. Nice one.
I've always been very much a 'dog' person rather than a cat one - we always had dogs when I was a kid, and a few years ago we had a Briard (named Jack) who was a riot. A rough diamond that one, but sadly suffered a brain neurosis which caused serious and random bouts of rage. Despite spending a lot of time trying to alleviate the behaviour disorder - along with the help of a behaviour specialist - he had to go as he was a danger not only to us but to himself. That was nearly 9 years ago now and I still expect him to bark when the doorbell goes.
Our current pet - ok it's 2nd best to a good dog but our Sid's ok and a real cuddly little soul (he's a complete whimp too)...
