Cooked well Sprouts are really tasty, especially with some thick gravy from the chops and oven-baked parsnips

And they are good for you too.

Used yesterday's chicken carcass to make a stock base for a beautiful cream of asparagus soup, having that with a nice bit of homemade ciabata. Delicious
