Great Book and tv series, but the film version just didnt live up to my expectations.....Shame.

Apathetic bloody planet, I've no sympathy at all...
I had second generation master copies (Studer to Studer) of two episodes of the radio series, which now live with the Revox B77 I used to play them. The CD's have boosted top in comparison.

I missed the whole series. The more I hear about it the more I regret not watching it. Maybe it's time for a re-run?

The radio series is by far better IMO, since your mind can imagine the whole Hitchhikers' universe. Absolutely brilliant IMO
