I suffer from SAD and it is a real bummer for me once the clocks change at the end of October. I need to spend winter in the southern hemisphere but that's never going to happen. In March when clocks change again it is like someone has flicked a switch inside my head.

I was at Lochness looking for relatives it was so warm and got just dark at 1.00AM crazy loved it.

If you see him please tell me..
