Unread post by Dr Bunsen Honeydew »

DQ you will love this, is this guy Rabski.

Name: Richard Bowles

Email Address: richard.bowles@clara.co.uk

Subject: non compliance

Message: Your website does not comply with the Companies Act. Your company needs to display its company registration number, place of registration and registered office address. As yet, I have not reported this to the relevant authorities, but I will if this information is not included immediately.

REPLY - Do what you like, I am a sole trader trading under the VAT limit I am not required to do any of that.

EDIT - A search at Wigwam = Richard Bowles (Rabski)

Yes you do.

It’s the law. You cannot hide behind your stupid and ill-applied rules here.

Anyway. Your problem, not mine. Already been reported. You are selling. All those things are required.

"Company registration number, place of registration and registered office address"

Fine if I had them I would, but they are only required by Limited Liability Companies.

Probably I don't know. I do it deliberately to avoid all the hassle.

That's my point if Simon Mears is same as you sole trade, according to Richard Bowles he would have to display Company registration number, place of registration and registered office address somewhere on his www - he also is selling through that page and non of those details to be found.

whats funny Richard Bowles must be somehow connected to Simon Mears as records of domain name registrations shows, So will he also report Mr Mears for not following the rules ?
