Pretty much as soon as they decide whether he needs to take the blame for the entirety of Brexit, or whether parts of it are still salvageable, allowing them to grab some plaudits for themselves once they've "taken them away" from Johnson.

So, January 2nd then.

There are three main problems once he's gone, let's call them, for the sake of argument, Gove, Sunak, and Hunt. Patel had figured in my nightmares, but she's been pretty successfully torpedoed. If and when a new leadership contest is announced expect a slew of anti-Patel "leaks," should she have the temerity to throw her hat into the ring.

Johnson, I would suggest, will just be happy to get out of Downing Street and into the House of Lords, which is almost a certainty and another tick on his bucket list. I'd further suggest that he's never actually wanted the jobs he's had, merely the job-titles. He's a lazy fucker, always has been if multiple reports are true, but what a resumé he's got, as long as you don't look too far beyond the surface.

I wonder if they'll announce a further, and final, "scandal," or whether he'll be allowed to resign.

The sad thing is war or at the very least, a flag waving " Johnny Foreigner" skirmish has been the saviour of more than one politician here and elsewhere in the relatively recent past. Maybe just maybe he can create a chest beating political skirmish out of the pending fisheries policy with those daststdly european's 😕

Hundreds get wrong results due to Covid test error...

More than 1,300 people who gave samples between 19 and 23 November received positive results, when the tests were actually void.

For anyone coming across articles containing Handjob, or Rees Mogg, telling you how wonderful the swift vaccine approval was, and it was only achievable due to the UK's leaving the EU, they're lying right to your face. They're bullshitting you.
The emergency regulations which allowed the vaccine to be granted "temporary authorisation for emergency use in the UK," have been in place for years, and are part of EU regs. which we are still signed up to until January 1st.

Here's Dr June Raine, head of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

Yet still they Tweet.
Jacob Rees-Mogg

We could only approve this vaccine so quickly because we have left the EU. Last month we changed the regulations so a vaccine did not need EU approval which is slower.

Worth noting that if we were still in the #EU, we would not have been allowed to roll out the #Covid vaccine. #UK passed regulations last week permitting this.

Even the BBC have fact-checked them and proved they're lying.
