Just giving this a quick *bump* before the chance is gone.

I managed to order a second pack today; last night there were no slots available. If you genuinely think you're going to need them, like I do for visiting my mum, then get in quick.

Afaik, the care home that both my parents went into last September are still in outbreak, so as an essential carer I am still doing daily LFT's the same as staff.

Visiting them tomorrow, so must get some more as running low.!

The home my mum is in came out of "outbreak" yesterday for the first time since before Christmas.

I think it's worth explaining that "outbreak" simply(?) means that any two people inside the home - residents or staff - have tested positive for Covid, and are isolating at any one time. Outbreak sounds a lot scarier than it actually is for the most part.
