Re: Turntable Cable
I have thought but it is too much hassle with all the different tonearm plugs, and I have enough product.

Re: Turntable Cable
I was thinking of just a straight RCA to RCA cable with an added earth spade connection, like a straightforward SSC for instance with an added earth lead, or perhaps made up from something multi-core like LS3. Would that work?

There is nothing to stop you doing that now, that is what I do with my PL71. Any bit of wire will do as the earth.slinger wrote:I was thinking of just a straight RCA to RCA cable with an added earth spade connection, like a straightforward SSC for instance with an added earth lead, or perhaps made up from something multi-core like LS3. Re: Turntable Cable
Should read more carefully first time. You cannot do it with speaker cable it is a totally different job, SC or SSC is fine and just get a bit of any green wire, strip ends and wrap it around the terminals, or solder or pinch fit spades.Dr Bunsen Honeydew wrote:There is nothing to stop you doing that now, that is what I do with my PL71.
