Re: Holiday
Obviously back this morning after a 10 hour overnight flight, and freezing in a cold house that doesn't want to warm up.

That'll be due to an icy wind blowing down from the Highlands.Dr Bunsen Honeydew wrote:Obviously back this morning after a 10 hour overnight flight, and freezing in a cold house that doesn't want to warm up.

Re: Holiday
I am not normally interested in doing the holiday bragging job, and often forget to take a camera. Nadia has got a new phone with what seems to be a good camera. Mostly pics of traditional Cuban bands Sol and Salsa, we love the music. A few others, so if anyone wants to see the local Cuban music scene I will get her to email me the pics.
Apart from I suppose La Bamba this is the most famous Cuban pop song Guantanamara (The girl from Guantanamo Province), but this is simplistic compared with the Sol and Salsa.

Where ever you go you find street bands of just great musicians, we run on money and petrol Cuba runs on music.
