Just finished a Black Pudding Supper......And although not a patch on a Stornoway Special, it was very very nice indeed.

Black pudding supper....
Just got back from holidays, and called on the way home at Accrington Market, for boiled black pudding. Far nicer than the fried and deep-fried Scots versions.
Brought some home.... So grilled road-killed breast of Pheasant, asparagus and a nice (boiled) black-pudding.

Nope, easy-peasy.... On the A7 north of Langholm, the pheasants are queued-up by the side of the road. Managed to bag three on the way back from Carlisle.
