Hey guys. I post more frequently these days 'cos it's a nice place to be and, mostly, everyone plays nice. Would it be to much to ask to keep it that way?

Treat others the way you would like to be treated yourself. Good philosophy in my view.

Mick, i seem to remember you being on the end of a Doc tongue lashing and then not posting for a while. I am glad that you now feel at ease and more willing to post.

I think most of us got a tongue lashing from the Doc at some time. I recall him being far from enamoured about the cost of my digital sources. I stood my ground and he became more concilitary recognising that I made the decisions after listening on my own system. I could only justify the expenditure because my NVA kit is so transparant.

You are absolutely right. It offended my sense of fair play and I did not want to loose the benefit of the forum. He also accused me of skuduggery over a pair of Cubettes. I gave them as way rather than enter an argument that was going to achieve very little (ask Kim Angelis?). So I lurked for quite a time - I never went away, just hid

It doesn't concern me, and I'm very intelligent. The surest way to get a ban from any forum is to argue with the mods, and/or to keep doing something you've been (repeatedly) asked not to do. Some people are serial 'ban-ees' because they fail to grasp this simple point. Others, like me, are never banned.

Self proclamation is no guarantee.
