Hi Richard,
If I change A70 power cord plug (2 pin) to USA Std. plug (3 pin), do I still have warranty? I mean just change power cord plug outside of box.
James

Re: Change A70 MK1 power cord plug
You can fit the earth at the plug end as it protects the cable, but it is not connected in the amp as being double insulated you don't need it and connecting it voids class 2 double insulated design.
I am not sure which lead I fitted for you, if USA type it is white + black -. Continental Schuko lead (and UK lead) is brown + blue - BUT it is AC so it matters not which way around you wire those two, but those are the official colours.

Re: Change A70 MK1 power cord plug
I would fit it before sending. I have three standard leads, US 3pin (two flat pins + and - and round pin for earth), European Schuko, UK 13 amp. But I can get lots of others if need be.
