I sort of remember doing this but there was no chance of it being a production item. All changes are easily reversable and the items can be used separately.

It's quite a nice setup, I wouldn't have thought about that as possible configuration. Something to consider in the future when I manage to convert over to NVA.

TBH I don't think that a particularly great price considering the Doc is selling S/H A80s @ £600. That's putting a price of £395 on his S/H modified AP30, which I think is great value, but not a great bargain if you see what I mean.
