Speaker cables for tweeters
Re: Speaker cables for tweeters
IME the jump from LS6 to LS7 is bigger than from LS5 to LS6.
Having spent quite a few hours (ie many!) comparing all the cables (within my system of course) I also found that there were some aspects of 5 which I actually preferred to 6. Overall, I'd still take LS6 and others' mileage will of course vary, but if it was me - and was using LS5 - I'd wait and save for LS7. Its performance really is a big step up.

Re: Speaker cables for tweeters
Nadia has agreed to do all the cable stripping so LS7 will be a normal production item and will be listed at ebay. The listings are being redone by Selby to be more professional.

Yes but it will be more expensive as it is all labour cost, I would have to work out a price.

Re: Speaker cables for tweeters
Just done some figures, for fitting bi-wire from new it will be £30 as with the other cables. The problem will be converting existing single wired cables to bi-wire and for that we will have to charge £100 as that end will have to be re-stripped.

That's good news.Dr Bunsen Honeydew wrote:Nadia has agreed to do all the cable stripping so LS7 will be a normal production item and will be listed at ebay. The listings are being redone by Selby to be more professional.

Hey Gromit, are you a member on Triumph Torque?
Audio Grail "Sable" Garrard 401 with Cumbrian Green Slate plinth / Audiomods 6 / Benz Micro Gullwing SLR, Phono 2, NVA INT400sa. (Oh and a Copland CDA823 CD Player, for when I fancy a bit of the devil's spawn!)
Re: Speaker cables for tweeters
Don't think so (I know that sounds daft but I've been on so many biking forums I can't remember!). Was definitely on T595.net for a while though.zebbo wrote:Hey Gromit, are you a member on Triumph Torque?
