Black pudding supper....

Just got back from holidays, and called on the way home at Accrington Market, for boiled black pudding. Far nicer than the fried and deep-fried Scots versions.

Brought some home.... So grilled road-killed breast of Pheasant, asparagus and a nice (boiled) black-pudding.

Nope, easy-peasy.... On the A7 north of Langholm, the pheasants are queued-up by the side of the road. Managed to bag three on the way back from Carlisle.
