Cubettes

Unread post by Dr Bunsen Honeydew »

Time for the little cuties to have their own thread. Apart from they are not little cuties anymore :| I had a glue accident which means they will have to be finished as black as the wood is now stain marked, and finishing in black makes it not show. Useful as I am sure this is not the last goof I will make. Still not ready, too much customer work so another week at least until both are running.

You mean I can't hear them this weekend???? :angry-screaming: :angry-steamingears:

LS5/9's back in storage. IMF Compacts now in situ (very old ones with Elac drivers and a cone tweeter). Better bass balance where they're sited, but cone tweeter too reticent (more directional than a dome type).
Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way...The time has gone, The song is over, Thought I'd something more to say...

Too much work, if you can hold off visit until following Saturday I will have them done. If you *need* anything in the meantime email me.

The Dutch blues-rock scene has the immortal Cuby and the Blizzards.
Best known for the classic 'Appleknockers Flophouse'
(actually its a damn good number!).
