jumpers

hello
has anybody got any idea what to use for cheap speaker biwire jumpers
what about a bit of soundcord
why are they all so bloody expensive

you do not need them .

take off 3 to 4 inches or so of the dielectric of your speaker cable to leave just copper wire , push the copper wire through 1 connector and then the other .

if you want to use them . Then just cut 4 inches of your speaker cable and make your own .

failing that go to Wilkinsons and buy 1/2 meter of twin and earth solid core mains cable and use that .

I would be staggered if anybody can tell the difference between 3 inches of copper cable .

Before i used NVA speaker cables ,i just used any old bits of cable from my overflowing spare cable drawer.If using NVA cable it is very easy to remove the plugs ,separate half the wires and fit two extra plugs.Failing that you can send them back to the Doc for him to do it ,even if you send them by taxi it will still be cheaper than a pair of Russ Andrews jumpers... :lol: :lol:

paperclips are cheap steel . not sure I would use them ;)
