So much stupidity. Why are the EU evangelists (no other word for them) so scared of us and Brexit, do they not believe in democracy, or are they so scared of it now as they see it might damage their precious little bordering on religious project.

About 50% of the people of the EU don't want it but they are being scared by what they see as the damage to us, well time will tell, personally I think the damage will be to their stupid little club. BUT they are determined to use us as an example to scare others not to do it, France and the Netherlands especially, as both are scared stiff of their far right parties.

The EU needed a shake up, it is made up of fat slurpers out for themselves their jobs and their power, it is now NOTHING to do with the people, and the people are beginning to realise it. As I say the stupidity is not ours, if the EU had listened to us over the last 20 years instead of going into this headlong rush into the impossible and try and force it on people none of this would have happened. Quite simply if you do not downgrade the EU to being the servant of the states and not trying to be the state it is doomed. It is an unstable house of cards as it is, but with the rise of immigration and terrorist attacks (and they will rise) across Europe with the resultant rise of the far right parties and thinking as a *natural* (if dangerous) human reaction we are in for interesting times as the Chinese proverb says.

The whole Brexit question starts to look as if little or no actual change within the structure or policies of the EU will be happening - which would have been a positive result.

Typical EU burocracy : Two different Brexit negotiators have been appointed by the EU. One representing the European Commission and one for the European Council.

Talk about drowning in red tape. Meltdown.

That is because you have the *real institution* which is the heads, tails, and pen pushers of the individual states talking around a table, and you have the illusionary one of the incipient EU state taking everyone's money and half of Brussels.
