Although it did not appear so at the outset, this appears to be a blatant and not very subtle case of one online speaker manufacturer/distributer attempting to tarnish the reputation of a market rival, using Darius (not the sharpest in the box) as its tool. From the evidence of the threads on this forum and the one on What Hi-Fi, this should be apparent to anyone with half a brain. Had a sharper more articulate tool taken up the gauntlet AVI might have been more successful in running down the Cubes.

The fact that the NVA equipment was damaged adds further credence to this and Darius should have to pay for the repairs.

I mean, NVA and AVI should be on the same side, even if from polar opposites. Neither 'company' cares one jot for BBC-style passive speakers in original or current descended form and one positively and loudly loathes every speaker ever made with a passive crossover.

I would happily be on the side of AVi once they finally get rid of arse mouth and his sidekick JC. They are pollutants on the industry. As I said I see they have a market and customer base, maybe an even bigger one than us enthusiasts, but there needs to be mutual respect that at the moment doesn't exist.

I am sure the designer and his new partner want to make a new start away from arse mouth, and I detect he may at last be getting some stick from them. If that had been the status quo now then none of this nonsense would have happened.

Well Darius is just getting nastier and nastier on WHF, The latest is Cube 2s are like a Panasonic boom box cut in half.

There is a clue being missed, I accused, as a maybe, that he got his badly marked AVi speakers sorted and maybe even other *considerations* in exchange for this nonsense. Now if I was accused of this even as a maybe I would have been back like a shot defending my position. If I had played games then I would ignore it and hope it goes away - in there lies a tale

I am certain there is more to this than meets the eye otherwise the escalation wouldn't have happened. He didn't like them, so bloody what, I got my bad review I thought the review thread needed. I don't think I stimulated any of this. Darius then in his Feckin' stupidity went out of his way to wind up Jammy and DQ (not a good idea), Neil responded with anger at the state of the stuff when he got it, and it all went pear shaped from that point.

The man has decided he wants to fight us, bad decision, he is not clever enough, we can take him apart very easily, the ground he is standing is extremely unstable both in truth and reality, but he doesn't seem to see it.
