I am listening to Zenyatta Mondatta (my fave) from this new box set right now.

Sounds ace to me but then that could be my new tweeter amplifiers :grin: I would recommended buying it :dance: It's going to be a Police weekend :guiness;

Progheads wanting to check out the superb albums of German synth-rock maestro's Eloy should get over to dodax.co.uk where a large selection of the classic Eloy catalogue is available on CD for under £5 apiece.

I have discovered that I can order from Dodax not only on their Dutch site (dodax.nl) but also from the UK one (dodax.co.uk) and what is interesting is that the prices are NOT the same. So albums that are normally priced in Holland might be extremely cheap from England - and vice versa. All distribution is arranged from Switzerland so it doesn't make much difference to delivery times (not fast).

So I have just ordered a stack of Grobschnitt CD's (had a sudden and inexplicable urge to discover their catalogue) from Dodax UK where a good selection is to be found for well under 5 pounds apiece. Grobschnitt were a well-known German Psychedelic / Progressive / Krautrock formation mainly active in the 70's / 80's, somewhat along the lines of Nektar, Jane and Eloy, with blasts of wacky humour.

Should be entertaining. :dance: :guiness;

Get thee behind me, Satan ! :angry-fire:

If I buy that I'll be busy for the rest of the year trying to track down all the albums I haven't already got. :doh:
I've just ordered Volume 2 from Amazon - I got it for £12.01 inc. p&p for a new copy.

Got the first set years ago, from memory the La Dusseldorf was the stand out one, the rest were interesting, but I didn't feel the need to delve further into back catalogues.
How does the Popol Vuh lp stack up in the second set, is it the 'best' of the lot?
