Brexit crisis and no strong opposition.
Walk-over for the Tories.

I can see a big Lib Dem revival as the Remainers will jump on board. Although Labour could be obliterated, it might backfire on her.

It may be game playing , my understanding is you need a 2/3 majority to overturn the fixed term parliamentary act and May cannot get such a majority without labour votes .

It is basically a second referendum, and she may well be making more problems than now. If the Lib Dems score high then the EU supporter in both parties will vote with them in the house to bring the whole Brexit process down.

It is only a second referendum if the two main parties manifesto's differ on brexit . And if they do , this will allow both parties to sneak in a load of manifesto promises under the radar .

Corbyn's problem is that he's never really managed to define his, or his party's, position on Brexit in a way that interests Leavers, Remainers or, even, Inbetweeners...

I think there is a strong possibility of this. The majority of conservative and Labour MPs were remain before the referendum. They can say that the result of this election showed that, in the cold light of day, the public were misled when voting to leave.
