Re: Powering NVA phono stages
Only one built so far, Zebbo has it with two BBPSU. It was originally only going to be used with two BBPSU or as heard originally the double BBPSU prototype now owned by Ithilstone. But I thought why not, it gives upgrade paths. For example a Phono2 can be converted to 3 for the difference in cost. A 2 has two sets of regulators one for each stereo channel. The 3 has four sets of regulators one for each gain stage, and the power supply associated smoothing.
You will find it priced here under phono amps https://hifisubjectivist.org/viewtopic. ... 185#p82185

Re: Powering NVA phono stages
For the moment the 3 will remain a special only sold here, along with the BBPSU.

And special it is!
I don't think any of you should buy one though. Then I can remain the only person in the whole wide world who's got one!!

Same size and look of the BMU (uses the same case) but without the 13amp sockets on the top.

Re: Powering NVA phono stages
Accommodating a BBPSU or two is the biggest issue for most I would imagine. So nobody bought a 3 to go with existing 2 power supplies?
