The high volume of contacts over the past 4 weeks has reminded me that we need to manage expectations (and communicate clearly) about when we are online.
At least one of us will usually be around from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). We are on top of emails (
mail@hfsaudio.co.uk) during those times and will aim to get back to you within 24 hours, if not the same day.
It may take longer for us to reply to forum messages, as we may only look at them once or twice a week. The forum message system is not particularly well featured, so if your message is 'business' related we may ask you to transfer your message to email (which means that we have a thread of communication that is easy to view, ensuring we can give you the best service).
