Just sayin'
I can understand your (and Pauls) frustration on that point. Richard had to almost shame people to write reviews in his day.

Perhaps an Email follow up to those customers would help ?

The only people who say that are people who've never served one. :)

If you want to be a customer who is always right...go to a dealer and pay the extra 40%.

You've now got high grade parts like Toroidy transformers and heavy duty Vishay caps that are unheard of in other makers equipment at this price point (even SQ commented on it), you've got bespoke heavy duty boxes and packaging for your items, you've got repair facility for older amps, you've got next day delivery on most items in the range, you're saving 40%...

...how 'right' do you want to be?

If we have to " almost shame ppl to write about NVA " then is very hard to call it loyal fan base...

Absolutely! :-)

I can imagine the review in the February 2021 edition of What Hifi...

'The creative (and unusual) names for the overhauled models in the NVA amplifier range have prompted internationally reported discussion. The company itself has remained admirably resolute. The 'Model Worker' and 'Artisan' monikers are "intended to evoke the utilitarian ethos of the NVA brand" explains NVA owner and well known socialist agitator Paul Tiernan.'

“I’ve always been attracted to the more revolutionary changes. I don’t know why. Because they’re harder. They’re much more stressful emotionally. And you usually go through a period where everybody tells you that you’ve completely failed.”

I'm starring to warm to Model Worker.

It IS a name that is distinctive, memorable and unusual. Draws attention. Sticks in the memory.
