This seller is advertising a 20 month old M-Scaler for £2999:

The new price appears to be £3495, of which £582.50 is VAT, meaning the base price is £2912.50. So, the dealer is 'charging' you more, VAT aside, for a unit that is 20 months old.

Always. I posted it, though, because many will not realise that the seller is earning more from this than from a brand new item - knowledge is good, when negotiating.

I got a 5% discount on mine from Audio T.
Had a home loan for a week and a half to make up my mind and had to wait around six weeks for one to come into stock.
