First post - hello, everyone, from Cumbria. Went to the NW audio show for the first time (Saturday) - a very interesting day and spent a lot of time at NVA and was very impressed, hence joined the forum!

Slinger made a good point regarding respecting music and musicians.
Popular musicians, today, seem to put more importance in how they look compared to how they sound. Look at the ridiculous amounts spent on stage sets for some live shows. The music seems secondary.
